How can I list my ancestors
in the
Family Papers Registry?

You can register as many ancestors as you want by completing the Family Papers Personal Historic Document Registration Form. Naturally, the more information you provide us about your ancestor, the better chance we have of making a match. And while there is no guarantee we can locate a document, we believe the system and network we have established significantly increases the chances of a successful search.

The cost of including an ancestor on our Registry is only $5.00 for an entire year!!! If you act now, we will also waive the our initial $4.00 set-up fee!

Here's what happens when you register your ancestors with Family Papers:

Register online now or print as many copies of our Registration Form (Click here to go to our registration form) as you need and mail/ fax them, along with a check for your total Registration fees ($5.00 per ancestor) to:

After we have completed the registration process we will send you a confirmation and, most importantly, begin the search for your family papers.
