Family Papers Registration Form Instructions

You can register your ancestors with Family Papers using the form found when you click here. Simply print this form now or save it in a separate file and print it out later. Make as many duplicates as you need. (Please Note: You need only to complete page one. The second page contains our mailing address, phone numbers, etc.)

We are unable to register on-line at this time. We should be able to very shortly. In the mean time please use our official Registration Form. Thank you for your understanding.

Remember to take advantage of our Special Internet Registration Offer. The cost for including an ancestor on our Registry is only $18.95 for an entire year!!! This is a savings of $1.00 over our regular registration fee. And if you act now, we will also waive the our one time set-up fee of $5 for each ancestor! That’s a total savings of $6.00 for each ancestor!!!

This Special Internet Registration Offer insures that the name of your ancestors will be:

• Included in Family Papers Ancestral Registry for twelve months
• Your ancestor’s name will be regularly checked against our existing inventory vintage documents, as well all documents offered to us throughout the year
• Your ancestor’s name will also be included in all of our on-going and scheduled searches with established ephemera and antique papers dealers through the year
• Plus, when we locate a document pertaining to your ancestor, we will credit 100% of all of the annual Registration fees paid in the search for that ancestor against the total cost of the document!!!
